Concepts of Squeeze Casting
|
It is also called pressure
solidify.
This is high pressure forming
solidify manufacture which applies machinery high pressure
with oil pressure press into melting bath of mold frame
or into exact mold cavity which is separate way after the
late replenishment to reactor with pressure.
This applies high pressure
to the solidifying process that liquid metal is turning
its capacity from liquid to solid, so that controls the
defect of casting and makes high quality casting products
which are improved at resist pressure and strength.
